I am a practicing outpatient therapist as well as a registered yoga instructor. I specialize in trauma-informed practice, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness with adults, teens, and children. I provide many different services that help integrate the mind and body through EMDR, DBT skills classes, mindfulness, workshops, and yoga.
